I love Thanksgiving and this weekend it’s finally here!
I extended the meal plan to include Monday, when the official holiday is. We are heading over to a neighbour’s house that day to celebrate with them, and we traditionally bring a squash dish. I have a great one for this year, I tested it out already.
Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup
Dinner: Easy Cabbage Rolls
Lunch: Sandwiches at the Cross Country Meet
Dinner: Tofu Tuesday, using Tempeh today, still searching, recipe to follow
Lunch: Grilled Cheese
Dinner: Salmon and Wild Lentil and Rice Salad
Lunch: Sweet Potato Quesadillas (it’s been almost a month since we had them!)
Dinner: Lasagna, Ceasar Salad, and Garlic Bread
Lunch: Leftover Lasagna
Dinner: Home made pizza
Lunch: Pasta with meatballs

Lunch: Turkey Sandwiches
Dinner: Thanksgiving Dinner #2 (Squash for our contribution)
