Meal Plan July 18-24, 2011

Ahh nothing like coming back home to a mountain of laundry, that’s the punishment for going on vacation.  But it was all worth it.

This week’s meal plans begins with the best pantry bean salad ever made, I loved this dish!

Monday
Lunch:  leftovers
Dinner:  Meatless Monday Meal – quinoa and black and white bean salad (canadian living)

Tuesday
Lunch:  Mango chicken salad with Thai vinaigrette (Cnd living August 2011)
Dinner:  The kids are making my a birthday dinner!

Wednesday
Lunch:  hoisin chicken salad rolls (chatelaine aug 20110
Dinner:  salmon kabobs with baby bok choy (cnd living aug 2011)

Thursday
Lunch:  grilled cheese sandwiches
Dinner:  spinach tomato and bocconcini pasta toss (cnd living aug 2011)

Friday
Lunch:  sweet potato quesadillas
Dinner:  Adult only going away party, a great way to start the weekend!

Saturday
Lunch:  lemon dill potato salad (chatelaine aug 2011) and chicken sausages from aurora (so so good)
Dinner:  out for a good old fashioned bbq – need to bring a nut and seed free dessert, I am thinking butter tart squares or brownies

Sunday
Lunch: out for lunch child free before JCSS in Startford, can’t wait!!!
Dinner:  birthday dinner at my mom’s (nothing like mom’s cooking!)

Shopping list:
red peper
cucumber
honey
shallots
bok choy
bocconcini
cherry tomatoes
pasta (fusilli, ditalli, penne)
limes
lemons
rotisserie chicken
mango
mixed salad greens
