This week things are back to normal I hope, no more March Break hangover, routine is good!
Lunch: pasta with peas
Dinner: Meatless Monday: falafel, rice and home-made hummus, Chopped Mediterranean Salad
Dinner: slow cooker asian meatballs (made with turkey), emerald kale salad
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwiches
Lunch: sweet potato chili (from the freezer)
Dinner: Tofu Thursday!!!!
Dinner: home made pizza
Lunch: tuna melts
Dinner: beef bourguignon in the slow cooker (I have been wanting to make this recipe for a while and keeps falling off the menu)
Dinner: fajita bar
