Meal Plan week of July 19-25

Monday
Lunch: KD and Hotdogs (blahhhh)
Dinner: tilapia, broccoli,kohlrabi and mango salad

Tuesday
Lunch: wrapos (quesadillas)
Dinner: tofu Tuesday grilled, spinach salad

Wednesday
Lunch: pasta with butter and cheese
Dinner: grilled chicken ans spicy napa slaw

Thursday:
Lunch: grilled cheese
Dinner: turkey burgers and swiss chard

Friday
Lunch: pizza party
Dinner: out for dinner (wings and nachos)

Saturday
Lunch: power gels and chocolate milk (going for a 29k run)
Dinner: grilled shrimp and pasta

Sunday:
Lunch: sandwiches
Dinner: Pool party (need to bring an appy)
